How does the service work?

You set up your account via the Internet or by calling a Centris interpreter. After your account is set up, you simply dial a toll-free number (800-799-1008). Centris’s phone system will recognize the phone number that you’re calling from and send you directly to an interpreter. Within seconds you’re speaking to an interpreter.

If you have already engaged with the Spanish speaker, the interpreter can immediately facilitate communications. If you need to connect (make a call) to a Spanish speaker, the interpreter can place the call for you and then facilitate the communication.
