In addition to product training, our specialized corporate trainer empowers employees’ soft skills and work culture.
Centris’ exclusive corporate training is divided in three main courses:
Customer service: Agents & Supervisors learn interpersonal communication skills through workshops. They are given the opportunity to share their prior knowledge acquired from previous professional experiences, and polish those aptitudes to obtain the desired client satisfaction.
Leadership and work habits: Centris’ career path enables our agents to continue growing professionally within our company in leadership positions. This ongoing training provides our supervisors with the ability to managing a leadership team efficiently. Leadership training allows supervisors to identify the characteristics of each team member and bring the best out of each to accomplish their goals.
Communication and team work: Interpersonal communications in the leadership positions need to be continuosly monitored to assure all of our team members meet our clients’ goals. Teamwork is essential to maintain a healthy work environment. This training presents workshops and dynamics that integrate all employees and encourages them to lean upon each other to obtain the best results.
