All servers, network equipment, telecommunications switches, agent workstations and supervisor stations are on centralized UPS systems.

All equipment is serviced by an on-site diesel powered generator capable of provided 100% of the required power for an indefinite length of time.

Outbound routing failover services are provided amongst multiple telecommunications carriers.

Inbound call routing is provided through diverse carriers, to reduce single point of failure concerns.

All of our critical equipment is protected by redundant facilities:  Nortel switch, call processing application server, database servers, network equipment and network facilities are all in high availability failover.

Business continuity is centered on the availability of two geographically separate call centers, in Monterrey and Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Servers are available in all centers to provide network connection control.  Call distribution can be provided to each center.
