Centris has grown up since we started our journey in 1988. Our strong telecom experience provided the foundation of our business. Originally, our core customer base was the operator services branch of the telecom industry. Our agents assisted customers worldwide in placing collect, credit card, and calling card calls. From hotels to payphones to inmate facilities to colleges, we connected family, friends, and co-workers day and night.

Over the years, we’ve learned there are other ways we can make relationships. We listened to what people wanted, and we now provide Directory Assistance, inbound call center services, and automated broadcast voice messaging for industries nationwide.
